INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you:

1. Your data is administered by the Polish Union of Active Mobility, ul. Jana Heweliusza 29, 80-861 Gdańsk, info@mobilnosc.org. 

2. Your personal data – name and e-mail are processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point b GDPR for registration 

3. Bodies which provide IT services and other specifically appointed personnel may have access to the data.

4. Your data will be stored for a duration of the contract described by the law, including the period of archiving of documentation.

5. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries or international organisations.

6. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to: access, correct, delete, transferring your personal data, object to the processing or limit the processing of your data 

7. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making – profiling.

8. You have right to lodging a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

9. Providing your personal data is necessary to complete the contract of participation in the Congress of Active Mobility - you are obliged to provide them in order to take part in the Congress of Active Mobility.
